Malcolm joined Morston Assets in 1997 having previously worked with KPMG. His focus has been managing property related investments and is Group Financial Director responsible for all financial aspects of the group and the formulation of the business strategy.

Development Manager. Stuart joined Morston Assets in 2010 having previously worked at Targetfollow Estates, GVA and ATISReal (now BNPParibas Real Estate). Stuart is responsible for a number of our development sites and the acquisition of new opportunities.

Head of Town Planning
David joined the company in 2009 from the developer Castlemore, to bring Town Planning advice in-house. David has extensive experience across a range of disciplines and since arriving at Morston has secured planning consents for retail, residential, employment and leisure uses. David is also responsible for negotiating terms for Section 106 and Section 75 Agreements, ensuring that commercial planning consents are secured with deliverable planning gain packages.

Hayliegh joined Morston Assets in 2009 and has progressed from the role of PA to Centre and Community Managers of the King's Lynn developments within the Morston Assets portfolio. Hayliegh facilities all events for Yours Business Networks in partnership with University of East Anglia and UKTI.

Joanna has worked for Morston for 11 ½ years as Assistant Accountant and am responsible for HR and Payroll as well as working within the finance team.

Richard joined Morston Assets in 2006, having held similar roles in a range of industries including manufacturing, media and health. His experience has spanned more than 20 years across many organisations.

Stephen joined Morston Assets in 2010 having qualified as a chartered accountant in 2003 and spent seven years in an auditing environment. He is responsible for preparing the Group's statutory accounts and tax computations to ensure that all statutory deadlines are met.

Prior to joining to Morston in July 2009 Liz was a partner at Halliwells LLP in Manchester for over 20 years acting for major clients and specializing in commercial property work. This included portfolio acquisitions and disposals, leases, options, sale and leaseback transactions and all aspects of development work. She has a long association with Morston and has acted for the company for many years.
