Paper Mills Firm Seeking Quick Decision
A £330m scheme for two recycled- paper mills in west Norfolk has been submitted to planners less than two months after the project was first announced.
Family-run German paper-mill firm Palm Paper is ploughing ahead with its plans amid competition in the industry to get the first new paper mill built in the UK in years, plugging a gap in the recycled-paper industry sector.
