Bolton Trade Counter Planning Permission

Outline planning permission has been successfully negotiated for 9,000 sq. ft of trade counter floorspace at Morston Point, Bolton.

The permission is in outline form with all detailed design matters reserved for approval; however, the permission establishes the principle of development for an additional 9,000 sq. ft of trade counter floor space on an area of surplus car parking to the east of the existing premises.
