Lettings galore at Princes Court, Nantwich

We are pleased to announce that we have successful let 4 rooms at Princes Court.

The first is Room 24 Frederick House for 1 year to InterComm International Ltd.  InterComm is an international healthcare communications company with its head office in Cambridge and other offices in the USA and India.  InterComm has grown successfully since the launch of the company in 1996 with over 90% of its clients based outside the UK.

The second is a renewal of Room 17 Frederick House for 1 year to Point Progress Ltd.  Point Progress are an independent software house with a track record in providing software and expertise to all industries.  The company was established in April 2000 and works across the UK and Europe.

We have also renewed the leases of Rooms 109a and 110 Charles House for 2 years to Abacus Accountants who provide help with all aspects of accountancy and tax.
