Next Phase of Residential Development at NORA

Morston Assets has successfully negotiated planning permission for the next phase of residential development at the Nar Ouse Regeneration Area (NORA) in King’s Lynn. The permission is for a single phase of 2 and 3-bedroom family houses, reflecting local housing market requirements and the need for starter homes in King’s Lynn.

Construction on the new homes is due to commence in Spring 2012 and represents the next phase of development at Morston’s flagship Yours South Lynn development.
