Planning Permission for Change of Use Granted at Chapel Lane, Wigan

Morston Assets are pleased to report that we have successfully negotiated planning permission for a change of use of the former MFI unit on Chapel Lane, Wigan, to a Health and Fitness Club (Use Class D2).

The consent will replace the previous temporary Go-Kart consent and will facilitate the letting of the premises to a gym operator.
