Norfolk based property developers and regeneration specialist, Morston Assets Ltd co-founded by Sir Tom Farmer and Tom Harrison, is pleased to announce the sale of St David’s House, Dalgety Bay, Fife. The 57,984 sq ft of contemporary office and warehouse accommodation is now the property of Gavin Masterton’s pension vehicle, Charlestown Holdings Limited SSAS in a deal struck between Dalgety Bay Enterprise, a Morston Assets joint venture company, early January.

Morston Assets’ Chief Executive, David Dodge, oversaw the deal, “We are very pleased to announce the sale of St David’s House to Charlestown. The building is in a great location, close to the new Asda supermarket and the Dalgety Bay railway station and I’m sure it will prove to be a successful investment for them.”
