£40m investment into Kings Lynn regeneration approved.
Councillors have today approved the £40m regeneration scheme backed by developers Morston Assets.
The development includes a new Sainsbury's superstore, significant investment into the modernisation of PinguinLutosa's coldstore facilities, new link road and 27 hectares of allocated employment land.
