Space Exclusively for Young Business – Sexybiz for short – helps start up companies and small businesses throughout the UK by providing office premises for up to two years through the Norfolk Charitable Trust.

The Sexybiz scheme aims to help foster business growth and promote enterprise. New businesses do not pay rent, rates, power or heating for the first 12 months and for the second year new businesses only pay half the usual cost, dependant on their circumstances. After that, companies have the option of staying on site and paying the full price, or moving to other premises.

Even during these economically turbulent times, Sexybiz is delighted to say that 70% of the businesses that have been supported are now successful and sustainable enterprises.
