Yours Sustainable Communities

The Yours vision is a simple one, based upon the principles of Sustainable Development, we seek to meet the needs of the present, without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. As such our product is a continually evolving concept based on the integration of social, economic and environmental concerns.  The Yours Communities and the complementary Yours Business Networks concept aims to deliver a convenient, value for money, high quality environment which places economic resilience at the very heart of its function.

Yours communities seek to create successful mixed use developments through 3 core principles; the creation of Good Homes, Good Jobs and Good Neighbours.  Within a Yours Community people can live, can work (whether from home or within an on-site university sponsored business park) and can gain access to retail and community facilities in a well thought through, high quality environment. An environment which is of sound design and functions well.

Yours Business Networks, which can sit within a Yours Community, but equally function as  standalone Business and Enterprise Centres, believe in providing opportunities to exploit high quality space and seeks to provide a platform for SME’s to exploit business synergies through the exchange of collaboration and knowledge.

Within Yours Business Networks people gain access to Space, Collaboration, Knowledge in terms of meeting and office space, state of the art business communications technology and knowledge provided by our partners such as UKTI and University of East Anglia and other Yours Business Networks users. Other initiatives within education and the community completes the concept of Yours creating a  sustainable functionality.

It is our ambition to create further Yours communities with Yours Business Networks at their heart, creating unified live/work accommodation for those within the community to use as well as more ‘traditional’ homes and offices to live and work within.
